After Alpha worked on my roof, it still leaked. They don't return my calls, and have failed to show up for four scheduled appointments to honor their guarantee.

Made an appointment with Vincent to receive a quote for a new roof. Took off work to be available. No one showed-up at the scheduled time. Subsequent call for status unsuccessful -- voice mailbox full. Never received call from company to provide reason for missed appointment. Will seek a roofing company elsewhere.

I hired this company to fix my roof. I called and informed Vincent that the roof was still leaking. He told me he was out of town and would get back to me. He never called me nor came back out. I do not advise anyone to use this company.
