    David and Ubaldo made a great team to upgrade our MasterBath. We already had a plan that they helped us improve as we went along with great suggestions. Communication is a strong point and Ubaldo made sure we approved each step before moving forward just be sure. A couple snags were worked out without drama and we liked the rapport built over the two months they were in our house. We would happily recommend this talented group!

    Bathroom remodel

    We contracted AlphaBuild to remodel our bathroom. Let me tell you that David and his team are absolutely awesome! Quite seriously, this is the first time we’ve had work done (and we’ve done a lot of remodeling) where I didn’t have to worry about a SINGLE thing.

    AlphaBuild took care of everything down to the last detail and it was top quality work. Our main contractor for the job, Ubaldo Juarez, was phenomenal. He is a brilliant contractor and a super nice guy. Always very communicative, he would keep us updated on progress and timelines. When he had a question, he would ask, and he had a lot of questions, because he wanted to make sure he was doing things exactly the way we wanted. And, really surprising, he wouldn’t hesitate to make recommendations, and all of them were great. How many contractors actually take the time to do that anymore? Really thoughtful and it turned out he was 100% right on all the changes he recommended. Amazing!

    David is great! Super friendly, wonderful to deal with, an all around good guy. He is honest and up front with the costs. Not a single hidden cost or complicated change request process. AlphaBuild was the only company that gave us a realistic estimate of time from the get-go, whereas others were quoting us a week to a week and a half (we knew that was not possible). And they delivered in the timeframe they said they would. Whenever a change was needed, David communicated the cost to us and made sure we knew before the changes were made. He came by frequently to check up on progress and to make sure we were happy. He was also really helpful in guiding us on the selection of materials and configuration of the new bathroom, which was a real help!

    Seriously, we’re so glad we found David and AlphaBuild. Will we use them again for future projects? Absolutely! We highly recommend AlphaBuild for any of your projects, small or large. They are absolutely fantastic!
