    Mark is a smart experienced contractor that gets tough jobs done. Alpine did a difficult commercial job for us in Ballard. Fom getting equipment to the job in a timely manner and dealing with permits and government agencies Mark gets it done.

    I am a spec builder in Seattle. Mark and his crews have done all of my demolition, mass excavation and utility work for 20+ years. Crews show up on time, work efficiently and get the job done in a cost effective manner. I trust them to do all of my work on T&M basis. Very fair with their billing and they bend over backwards to do right by you.
