I will not recommend ALT Painting LLC.
1) We communicated for all the old paint to be scrapped off. ALT Painting LLC pressure washed the old paint and did not scrap off the rest of the old paint. 2 days after the new paint was on the house, the old paint flaked and pulled the new paint off. This is why we told him to scrap off the old paint.
2) We communicated that we wanted our decks white. He started to paint them blue. A second time, I went to him and communicated that we wanted them white, he said, "the blue will make it pop, so he put it on him to paint them blue." He painted the decks white, over the blue. One coat of paint, so now we have blue coming through the thin layer of white paint.
3) He primed the house by quickly spray painting.
4) We have two front pillars, he painted one blue and he did not paint the other. We wanted them white and leave the cement not painted.
5) Left white dribbles on the main color of the house. The trim is white.
6) Did not paint the trim professionally. One coat of paint, you can still see the old color. Looks like he painted it fast.
7) There is blue over spray on our cement porch.
8) He pressure washed our vents. One of them broke by being pressure washed, and we found this out. He did not communicate. He painted over the broken vent.
9) He left his rags and paint bucket. He did not clean his mess. He did not peel off the tape that he used.
I am willing to post pictures for proof. His name is Andrew Thomas and he works with a lady that helps him land jobs. He also has a FB and a Tick-tock account that has videos and pictures of the property for proof that he was the one that worked on the house.
