Quality work, but so frustrated with his follow through, he didn't finish our work (21 windows & 2 sliders) even though we referred 2 of our neighbors to him who contracted him for 21 full house window purchases. Since he wouldn't return calls or show up when he scheduled to complete our windows, our neighbors would let us know when he was showing up for their work. I greeted him outside to tell him we were still needing his help & he yelled at me from my neighbor's upstairs bedroom unprofessionally! My 3 daughters were in the kitchen and heard it all. So unprofessional and it completely caught me off guard. We don't want him back in this house.
