Overall we were very pleased; the only frustration was in getting scheduled, tho the owner had told us up front they were very busy and were juggling a lot of jobs, and did promise they'd get it done before the rainy season.
We also liked that they were a woman-owned family business; and many of their employees have been with the business since it started - overall good sign, it seems.
