i contracted with Leo to build a 10 x 20 deck off back of house and a front driveway. the dive way turned out as expected except that his backhoe operator damaged my gate to backyard and hit my house in 2 areas. Neither has been repaired after 5 months.
The deck drawings were finished June 1st. The permit was obtained on July 10th after constant hounding from the owner to get started. the first pier/caisson inspection failed, and Leon never called for a dig inspection and ran into a cable wire. Pier/Caisson was finally approved on August 4th. due to the poor construction of the framing and drilling screws into the Trex deck boards along with not showing up for weeks Leon was told not to return to the job site. This deck would have never passed inspection and was a waste of the money i gave him. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.
