I had an extremely positive experience with Alternative Energy Systems. They are a very classy company. There was never any high pressure sales tactics. They did not even begin to discuss any proposals until they had made an on site inspection of my house and roof. Their proposal was very competitively priced. All of my questions were answered in a thoughtful and professional manner. Everything from the signing of the documents, scheduling of the installation, the courtesy and competence of the installers, inspections and run through of the system and ongoing support have exceeded my expectations. Since the system went online, I have never paid PG&E anything but the connect charge and I have a swimming pool and I keep my house comfortably cool in the hot Chico summers. I got proposals from three firms and my decision to go wit AES was easy and I have no regrets.
