Why is Buildzoom giving Altimate Maintenance a high rating? Have you worked with them or interviewed people who have? This "contractor" stole $14,776.00 from us. We hired them to do a rehab and gave them the deposit, but because Oleg (the owner) cannot control his temper, he would not listen to reason, yelled, harassed and ultimately refused to do the work or return the deposit.
He does not listen and takes his own faults out on his customers, and so does his secretary, Tiffany. They did not do any work on our projects yet refused to refund our deposit. We are currently in the process of suing, but they will not answer the summons in the mail or even at their door. As it turns out, we arent the first they have stolen from.
