Company was sent out to me by American Home Shield. Tech Russ came out and said needed new pump - and due to California Laws had to be a specific kind. Pool not working must need pump, they installed and never left paperwork, or sent the proper information off to AHS. During this time they were taking care of neighbors pool and blew out her filters all into my yard, all over my pool deck, chairs, etc.. (RUINED THEM). Spoke with Angela (Mother) to Russ and got major attitude and said you have to pay for pool pump $450 in which I sent her damage and repair for my yard over $1000 and never heard from them again. Now, the pool pump they installed incorrectly in which I had to have another company come out to fix is broken in less than a year - and apparently I am the one who is to have paper work again that Russ failed to leave and was suppose to email Ya that did not happen. Pump broken again - and Angela is useless for information that should have been supplied to AHS. Run fast, before you get screwed.
Upset, ruined yard and pump by company - have pictures and videos time stamped showing the damage caused by their lack of professionalism towards another residents yard when cleaning pool filters for another person. (Oh by the way thanks for the mold growing in the wood from the over spray)
