This project was a full permit ADU where I acted as my own General Contractor. I had some experience as a plaster/cement mason and felt I could handle the job. I did need to hire some specialty contractors like plumbers and electricians.
Jesus Alvarado was one of those specialty contractors and has been a God's sent ever since. He has worked with me to make sure my project was not only done to code but done right, safe and legal in every aspect. Most of all he cares about his job and my job equally. Mistakes are always going to happen on any construction project and I made mine, but Jesus never made any, even well he correct mine. I don't usually write reviews it's extra work I don't really need but, I am making an exception here because of all the extra work and effort Jesus Alvarado has applied to make my project a success.
He you want the best you need to call Jesus Alvarado, a little extra work goes along way and can save you big time for you effort contacting and working with him.
