We have 38 rental units in Champaign County, Ohio so we always need some kind of work done. Saturday morning we had a house without heat.
I contacted Alvarado Construction . He worked it in and fixed the furnace by replacing the igniter. Our tenant was very happy because the temperature was around 10 degrees and expected to get colder. Alvarado Construction (with my approval) also repaired a small hole in the chimney, installed a smoke detector in the basement and replaced the smoke & carbon monoxide detectors in the living quarters that were not working.
