The installation IS OUT OF COMPLIANCE with our city codes in Artesia, and I have yet to hear from the company. The city inspector shutdown the project until the equipment has been installed correctly. I’ll be in contact with the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, and New Mexico, PRC. So much for good customer service, and holding their company and workers to the highest standard.!!
