Alves is number one in my book! I called three vendors to visit, inspect and listen to my story and then make recommendations. Alves, (Richard LaFlamme) was the only person that took the time to interrogate and evaluate and actually found a systemic problem and then fixed it! No other vendor that I had at my house did anything more than present options good, better, best.
Richard LaFlamme is a rockstar in the heating and air conditioning industry. Alves followed up with their talented crew and replaced the heating system with a fresh air combustion system, new on demand hot water heater and 16 seer air conditioner. The fresh air venting only used 45 degree fittings. This minimizes any resistance to the flow of air. A signature of the installer.
I'm a fan of Alves. I know they will be there for me. Save yourself a bunch of time and energy and call Richard. He is a no pressure, sincere engineer that knows his industry.
