Mike Alvis was scheduled to build a detached garage for me that was to take 3-6 months. He was very responsive and quick to talk through "how fast it would be built", price things out and ask for a down payment. As soon as down payment was paid, he disappeared for almost 6 months due to "a new job taking up all his time". I did not get permits for almost 10 months and after only having a foundation and half framing up after 15 months, we had to move on. Stay away at all cost!
