Al and co are amazing. I am a first time home buyer, first time landscaping hire-er and I was completely overwhelmed with the entire process. ALVO first worked with us to repair a fence. At first meet he was super helpful and very thoughtful, he took time to really look at our yard and give me a fair price which he explained thoroughly. I had 3 other landscapers come out and look at the job and Al was by far the only honest one out of the bunch. One guy gave me a ridiculously low number that made no sense, and a few others quoted me 3x the cost. I knew after first meeting Al I wanted to work with him, he gives of great vibes and is very detail and people oriented. Al made everything about this job incredibly smooth. He explained everything to me, slowly but never condescendingly. He had the patience of a saint when it came to my response time and also just the fact I was clueless with this process. He would make executive decisions when I wasn’t able to and he always choose perfectly. He has a way of understanding your style and what you want. He and his staff are ALL excellent communicators. They are kind, friendly and hard working. They are timely and neat and really do a beautiful job. I had NO IDEA how much landscaping cost and ended up doing a pretty low cost project. Al met me half way at every turn, he gave me many cost saving options every chance he could and he never once made me feel bad about it. I recommend ALVO to anyone who will listen. My husband and I plan on using ALVO for at least two more projects and anything else in the future! I cannot recommend them enough. Especially as a woman who often gets treated like trash or like an idiot when it comes to home repair or car repair, anything typical masculine— I promise you will not be disappointed with this service (and price!) Our yard looks incredible!! Al took the ideas straight from my head and put them in my yard. We could not have asked for a better team.
