  oven repair

  This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. 5/8, they came out because my oven stopped working. Said it need a thermostat and part had to be ordered. Part was ordered, thermostat was replaced, still oven doesn't work. This new guy says "need to replace igniter". Orderd part, kept calling to see if part was in, they don't get back to you very quickly, Guy comes to replace igniter, ooops it's a faulty part, have to order another one. Guy says I'll call and overnight it, well a week later the part is finally in. A new guy comes out "So what's the problem", are you serious? Then he's asking me did the last guys do this,, do that, how do I know I didn't stand over them and micromanage. I had to explain all the problems over, he replaces the igniter, guess what, oven still doesn't work. Today is 6/8, exactly 1 month since they first came out and I've been charged $430 for 2 parts that I didn't even need and the 3rd guy says now it's probably the switch, another $200 part. When I gripe, he says well you probably should have just bought a new oven. So 1 month and $430 later, still have an oven that doesn't work. Reporting this company to the BBB. Absolutely awful company to deal with, never show up on time, don't return phone calls and the techs, in my opinion, were very unprofessional. It's probably this, it could be that, seriously? Stay away from this company, the only thing they accomplished was getting my blood pressure up.

  fix refrigerator

  American home shield sent this company to look at my broken refrigerator. the contractor was rude. he barely looked at my fridge and then lied about the reason that it was broken. do not use them. they are a horrible company!

  Cook top and fridfe repair

  Terrible Experience

  Real Bad experience. American Home shield sent them to repair my fridge and cook top. The technical ordered parts and then never showed up. I have left several messages and also did American Home Shield. They never got back to anyone. Because they ordered parts AHS can not send another contractor to my home.

  Please beware of these people.

  I had my frig fixed and I thought the service was great ,Quick appointment,on time,fixed on the spot,even a follow up call 2 weeks later to see how everything was. I would highly recommend their service.

  I think Always affordable was awesome my heater broke and I had horizon out and sears nobody fixed it right always affordable came out an fixed my problem this was over a month ago and still works great Thanks Anthony from always affordable also the office was so nice to talk with and very professional.   I have homeWarranty the insurance company sent sears out to repair my washer. Three times and it still didn't work. Finally always affordable sent a tech out to my house. I want to say there tech Bruce fixed my washer in 15 minutes. Its now perfect thank you always affordable. Barbara

  STAY Away is right !!!!! Our Home Warrenty company forced us to use this company for our microwave. The tech BRUCE flat out lies !!! HORRIBLE ! They actually had the nerve to tell the home warrenty complany that they found burn foil in my microwave- which was also a lie !! My phone calls and voice mail messages ( now picking up and hanging up when I call) have not been returned for days with my request for an explaination. STAY AWAY!

  STAY AWAY!!!!! We have a Home Warranty for our newly purchased home. Our washing machine broke on Sunday night, so we contacted the insurance company who connected us to Always Affordable Repairs. AAR contacted my husband on Monday afternoon to set up an appointment for a repair on our washing machine. The woman asked our availability. My husband said Thursday after 3:00. She said there was nothing after 3:00. He asked if 2:00 would work. She said yes.
  The woman called back Wednesday morning to confirm the 2:00 appointment for the following day. My husband took the afternoon off from work (we are both teachers) to meet the repair person.
  They called us at 7:00 Wednesday night and said that they would only be able to come in the morning, as their repair person would only be in the area during that time and "likes to work back towards home". We explained that this is unacceptable, especially after confirming the appointment earlier in the day. After debating with the rude woman (who I later found out is the owner) for several minutes, she put my husband on hold. After 20 minutes on hold, he hung up and I called back. I explained our position again to the woman (the owner) and said that this doesn't seem like a great way of doing business. She basically said that my husband was lying and that they could not come at 2:00. I told her that I was going to review her business and the poor customer service that we had received. At that point, she told me that she hopes that her kids would never be a student in my class and she asked how I could call myself a teacher. Then she hung up the phone on me. The insurance company called to confirm that AAR was unable to keep the 2:00 appointment, and the owner hung up on the insurance representative as well.
  Take our advice - STAY FAR AWAY! I would not trust these people in my home based simply upon the way that these phone conversations went.

  I had a horrible experience with this company. Made an appointment, they no showed, and didn't call. It took me calling every 20 mins 1.5 hours after my appointment should have been over to finally get a hold of someone only to be told that my technician had an emergency and missed his appointment; no kidding! My appointment was 1.5 hours ago! Rescheduled and when he did show up, he said I needed a part. Got the part, and made an appointment for him to come back out to fix my heating unit. Missed the appointment...AGAIN! Was told truck broke down, again no one called to let me know until after my missed appointment. Was also told by the scheduling assistant at the company that I shouldn't complain because it was not even cold enough to have to use the heat...rescheduled yet again and when he did come out with the part, it didn't work (apparently he was not familiar with my heating system). Made another appointment for him to come back with another part...that didn't work either; then he said he was going to order another part but really he didn't know what was wrong with my system. Went days without hearing from anyone and got so fed up went to another company.
