The last time we received a call we explained that we were too busy and advised the customer that they should call another company. We never received any payment from this customer. We only need invoices after the job is completed.

I would never use this contractor again. In April I paid Paul for a year service agreement. I called in Oct to schedule a time and was given 10/23 between 9-11am. No one showed or called. I called and Paul called back and said someone would be here on 10/24 between 9-11 again no one showed and no one came. Called again & no one called me back. Called the next day & Paul said someone would be here on 10/30 even if he had to come. Again no show no call. I called and when he returned my call he said for me to get someone else. I reminded him that he had already been paid and I just wanted my money back. He said he would put a check in the mail the next day. Did not receive a check and again I called on 11/14 & he said he had just put the check in the mail the day before. As of 11/19 I have not received and check. I am a disabled senior citizen living on social security and do not have any money to hire another company until he sends me a check.
