I bought my home from a flipper. They had no interest in doing the job correctly. It just needed to look good on the surface. They painted all the facia without any prep work at all. Over the summer the heat caused the water under the paint to fall away in shreds revealing the mess underneath. The gutters were old and needed to be replaced. I called Always painting and construction to get a quote. They were competitive and I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism they approached my home with. After starting the job it became clear that so much damage was purposely hidden and the work was more complicated. At each discovery I was informed and educated about the options.
I valued the honest and through approach to the job. They were able to get my home “winter ready” and I know it was top notch work. I will be working with them again as we tackle the remaining home repairs the flipper hid when the weather allows us to tackle the underlying issues.
