    Flood cleanup
    $4,500

    DO NOT TRUST THESE CON MEN!
    We had a small flood in our basement. They said they were going to take everything to their warehouse and sort out what could be salvaged. They boxes up only half of our basement and piled the rest in a corner saying They would be back for the all of it. They never came back for the rest. They left all the bags of garbage until I complained.
    They did not give us an inventory list for over a month.
    We refused to let them do the repairs because of the horrible job and complete lack of professionalism and communication.
    They never told us what they could clean and what they couldn't. They stopped returning phone calls right after they got paid by the insurance company, even though they had our property!
    They claimed everything they took was a loss and everything the left was fine. They took anything that was metal like candle sticks and bar bells for scrap and left wooden furniture saturated with bio-hazardous contaminated water.
    The only phone number for them is a cell phone that belongs to the only guy you talk to.
    They now claim the have disposed of everything they took without out permission.

    Replace roof shingles

    Always Ready was recommended by my insurance company, so I went with them to replace my roof because the insurance company offered an additional warranty on the roof if they did the work. After 4 months (18 weeks), they finally showed up, and over the course of a week, completed the job to my satisfaction. They did good work. Complaints: I picked up over 200 nails and staples (with a magnet retriever) from around the house after they completed the job. And I can't even count the number of cigarette butts they flung around my house in every direction. Would give a more stars for quality, but the length of time and number of nails and cigarette butts all over my property brought the rating down.

    I invite you come see my kitchen. The Contractor has my insurance money. totally unprofessional. Disorganized, no clear communication. It was my assumption that you clear , clean, sweep and then start restore. I didn't check for a permit or building or rating my fault. you should see my kitchen . I have mold and mildew. I am going to see if he's going take that. I would not recommend this contractor.
