    Although Ahmed was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable and reassuring, the end result was disappointing, bordering on fraudulent. Starting with the estimate, which was inaccurate and poorly constructed by his assistant, communication was an issue. He would go for days without responding to calls or texts. He dropped the ball on helping us select flooring and carpet so we could get what we wanted in time for our move-in date. We needed help because we were moving from an hour away. The painting was just adequate. Sanding and taping were not done well, and shortcuts were taken in regards to removing fixtures, so that many of them have paint on them, and the paint behind banisters has obvious brushstrokes. The paint is uneven in places. We were not left with any touch-up paint, which we needed since some baseboards were left unpainted and many places were banged up during the subsequent work. Our basement floor was supposed to be an easy job of laying down engineered wood. It took three days, and the workers did not clean up the glue as they went, ruining the finish. When they came back to clean it up, they did not take enough time and care and it did not come clean. One of our tiles they laid needed to be removed and re-affixed to the floor, but Ahmed did not have anyone come to fix it. He and his workers left cigarette butts all over our yard and splattered our plants with paint. He never sent enough or qualified workers to do the job properly. At this point, he has promised to come back and fix these problems but hasn't responded to our messages for a week. I would not recommend this company.
