I just bought a used house and AM was hired by the owner to do some work. The home inspector called out an issue with water pressure gage on the main water line reporting above 90psi, saying that is too high.
AM reported the work done. When we moved in the water pressure was so low some of the toilets would not flush. When we asked AM to come review he said he would not be free for at least 30 days to look at.
I had to call and pay for a plumber who said AM just turned the pressure down and left the broken gage still reporting 90psi.
Plain and simple, he misdiagnosed the problem, charged the old owner to fix, left with the gage reporting 90psi which can cause major problems if correct and when asked to come back and check he said no, the work was too far from his office
