SCAMMER ALERT!!!
Manuel was supposed to remodel the flooring of my home. He asked us to pay for half of the total quotation, then he disappeared and stole our money. He does not answer the phone calls or anything. From investigations, he has open several similar companies and scammed and robbed so many people. He should be held accountable for the amount of damage he has done.
