They did our roof on our Home Dec/Jan - the new roof that they put on went through it's first winter in 2010 -- we have several leaks... after the winter. Some bad ones. We have contacted the President of the corporation, Anna Morales, regarding same via e-mail and our ins. rep. has called and she is not available and/or has not contacted us.
I am not surprised... her group of roofers while here were pounding on the roof so hard they broke antiques of mine in my home... literally vibrated them off the shelves caused paintings to drop and or hang crooked and caused vent covers to drop from the ceilings.
The Anna Morales, who I believe to be the owner, got snotty with me because I asked her to pay for one of my broken angels - I should have made her pay for all the damage they caused and I should have taken her to court then. I was ill at the time and did not. Now we have suffered more damage to our home because of their faulty work!
She did not follow through with the engineer on the wpi8 certificate on the roof that they promise in writing on their written contract. It took me a year and filing complaints with the State to get that and Ms. Morales would do nothing to help us.
Our contract states 3 yr warranty and it is looking like I am going to have to take them to Court to make them honor it.
You cannot trust these people!
