    Here you go:

    I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with AM Skinner Construction LLC, led by Andrew Skinner, on a garage remodeling project.

    While the final product was satisfactory, the process was far from ideal. The project took significantly longer than initially promised, with Andrew stating it would only take four months but ultimately taking over a year to complete.

    Additionally, the resources hired by Andrew were not up to par and caused problems with the quality of the work.

    There were also issues with Andrew damaging my driveway's concrete and causing a leak that damaged the floor and walls, which was only resolved through a claim against his insurance.

    Furthermore, the price of the project kept changing due to Andrew not purchasing raw materials early enough, and we ended up paying more and receiving lower quality materials due to his delay in purchasing.

    Andrew's communication style was also problematic, as he consistently forgot about important tasks and did not inform me when inspections were scheduled.

    To make matters worse, he did not drop by to check on the work or verify that everything was functioning properly.

    Finally, the project was completed without door knobs and the door was installed incorrectly, and Andrew has refused to address these issues.

    Based on my experience, I cannot recommend AM Skinner Construction LLC or Andrew Skinner for any construction projects.

    Andrew (Andy) ended up being very disappointing! Gave him time to right his wrong before posting reviews... he could care less. He ordered wrong color of floor tiles... his workers proceeded to move forward without agreement... wouldn't consider any reasonable compensation for error. Decided to leave after final payment without completing written work details. I would not recommend him to anyone--friend or foe!!

    I am truly sorry you feel that way Pastor Stevens. Short of my not agreeing to issue a large deduction from the overall price for the flooring, I thought you were satisfied with the project. I didn't have a tile color . ( I was told to match a room as close as possible, and I did). After I found out that the color was not what you wanted, I immediately offered to order another color. You decided that the color was acceptable and agreed to the installation, so we installed the tile as per your acceptance of the original color. I am unaware of any un-complete written work order details (All work was accepted and paid in full after its completion). (I haven't heard from you since the install). I strive to meet my contractual and customers expectations and I am dumbfounded by this negative review but still wish you the best. Again I'm sorry you feel this way. Thanks Andrew Skinner.
