Did a excellent job at our property, can't complain. Very curious and clean, even did some work that was not on his estimate. What can I say I would refer him with no problem.

Felix from AMA is not a reliable person. He gives low ball estimates that he has no intention of delivering on. I hired him for a furnace job. He takes your money and leaves you in the middle. Can not depend on him. Find another HVAC tech.

All I can say it took them a little longer than estimated but when it was done, very professional and exactly how I wanted my ductwork and heater to sit. No complaints. Will do business in the future with them.

I had work done by this company in the past and all I can say they were professional my job was done on time and neat. Company was owned by two cousins coincidence both named the same lol. But no complaints. Can't speak for the rest, but will do work with them in the future.

I am sorry that I even have to give this review one star - AMA is a HORRIBLE company/contractor to do business with. You CANNOT trust anything that comes out of Felix's mouth. He's getting a divorce, he's due in court for custody, his mother had a stroke... the list goes on and on with what this guy says as far as why he cannot finish the job or why it's taking him longer than expected. I purchased a new heating system from him in April/May. He had no problem taking my money at that point, but when we needed him to come hook up the new furnace - he dropped off the face of the earth. Here I sit in late October and I still do not have heat for my house! Do NOT do business with this person!!!

Felix Arriaga has done plenty of jobs for me in the past and have not had any problems with him.or his work. At times he's slow but when the job is done its like art. I will continue to.do.work.with him in the future if need be. People are quick to judge.

If there was a negative review, Felix Arriaga would deserve it! This dirt bag, for lack of a better word, was recommended to me by someone, because he had installed a water heater. When he showed up, it seemed like a professional business, so I didn't bother to do much checking around, he installed my water heater, and then didn't show up until the next month after calling him repeated times. After 2 or three times of coming back and doing a half ass of a job, he managed to install the furnace of the house. After which he begged for payment after the job was almost completed, because supposedly his mom was in need of money and begged if I could help him out, to which I foolishly accept it. After that he never showed up again, he said he would show one day, but never did, and was totally and completely unreliable. Contractor laws should change because of this kind of person. I would take him to court, but what good is it, when they judge in your favor, but nothing can be done in reality to hold him accountable, or get him out of business.
I also checked and he was working without a license, in nj for about a year at the time. Please, avoid this person at all cost if you don't want to get ripped off, or lied to in your face!

Felix totaly ripped me off of $3000. At first he was so nice and did everything the right way. I paid a small depost, and then the AC was delivered. I paid about 1/2 at that point, then he showed up 1 more time, and I paid another 1/3. Then he never showed again, and then the excuses started. His car broke, got in an accident, kid was sick, mom in the hospital, had to fly back to PR for family matters, on and on. I finally went to court and won a judgement against him, big deal he never paid on the judgement. I had to hire another contractor to finish the work and that contractor had to redo everything Felix half assed started to do. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.

Our AC broke, they told my mom they would show up at 9:00, my mom tells me to let them in, i was still waiting four hours later, they were a no show.
Our AC broke again, about a month later, they told my mom they would show at 9:15 (not a window btw, an appointment), I drove from north jersey this morning just to come home to let them in, over 6 hours later they still havent shown up (yes, i am STILL waiting as I write this). I missed a work opportunity today because of this. my dad called when they were 4 hours late and they said they were on the way. i called when they were 6 hours late and they said they were on the way (i looked it up, they should only have a 23 minute drive to my house) and when i tried explaining to him that i waited long enough and really just wanted to know if he was ever coming, he hung up on me. i dont know whether he was honest when they said they were showing up and i pissed him off, or if he was just pulling our leg, either way, its been 6 hours and they still arent here.

SCAM ALERT!! Beware this man will steal your money!! You won't want to believe it because he seems so nice but he is ruthless and heartless. He took me for over $3,000.
His name is Felix Arriaga. Very nice, friendly, seemingly knowledgeable about all types of HVAC. He operates under any number of LLC's that don't actually exist: "AMA Heating and cooling", "Home Comfort Services LLC", "Affordable HVAC Solutions LLC", "4 ACES Heating & Cooling LLC", and I'm sure many others. He claims to be from Merchantville or Pennsauken and will use addresses that are real, just not his. He works NJ, PA, and I've seen complaints as far as CT, so Im sure he will go south too if he finds a XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXer, er.. customer.
You will notice, there is no personal name on any of his business cards or proposals, just fake business names. This is one of the markers that its him. He may use phone numbers 609-325-6002, 856-397-2461 among others.
He will lowball the job. Probably arrive with materials but take a much larger deposit than the cost of the materials. He MAY even start doing some of the work but then the excuses will start. Excuse after excuse as long as you keep after him, to the point of Surreal: Car accidents, mom surgery, uncle died, kid had food poisoning, missed his flight home for the weekend, worker took one of his vans, and on and on. And he will eventually never come back, taking thousands of dollars from you, then cutting off communication. He is a VERY convincing, PROFESSIONAL LIAR, and will seem very honest. But he will steal from you with no hesitation. There are many online postings warning of what he does.
Also note all the positive feedback here. Obviously written by same person. They all say things like "what can I say", "all I can say". BS. This man should be put in jail.
