A few years ago Malki remodeled our bathroom and built a screened in porch. He did not install the toilet paper holder correctly and refused to fix it, the porch ceiling leaked which he stated he fixed. The next rain the porch roof started leaking. Now the bathtub ceiling is cracked and peeling( a pro inspected the ceiling and stated that the work was done wrong, he removed a hot water heater from my closet and installed it in the garage. BTW, he hooked up the hot water heater backwards. The contact called for B-Board on the porch ceiling and he tried to install a far cheaper ceiling, he brought over bright red bricks for the porch which anyone could tell was not a match for our brick house. He was told not to use them and continually argued with me. I left and went to pick up the bricks that I wanted. And the list goes on and on. I complained to the BBB and he still refused to fix the problems.
And he was the lowest bid.
