In late May of this year I inadvertently backed my car into the back of my garage into a bedroom on the other side. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they sent the adjuster to assess the damage in my home. After receiving his assessment I really wasn't sure who I could trust to restore my home. From a trusted individual I was referred to ChandlerRoofing & Restoration/BCEI along with another company. Shawn was my General Contractor with Chandler/BCEI. He contacted me immediately upon me initiating contact with Chandler and came out the following day to assess the damage.I never even heard back from the other contractor. When Shawn came out he evaluated the damage in detail, assessed the adjusters estimate, discussed the process and answered all my questions & listened to my concerns. I really felt reassured he would make sure my home was fully restored. Shawn had members of his team out later that day to cover all the holes in the drywall protecting my home until repairs could be completed. From that point he and his team communicated to my adjuster exactly what was required to complete the repairs making sure I received a full and fair settlement. I could not be happier with the final result in the restoration of my home. Shawn communicated along every step of the way, even working around two vacations I had already planned. Every team he sent during my restoration were extremely professional & courteous. I would absolutely recommend Shawn and Chandler/BECI for any restoration or construction.
