Rafell the owner bid our home at one price and made commitments via a contract then he changed his price significantly 1/3 of the way through the Job.
He does not have a permanent crew.
He and his team are late every day.
He will expect you to point out and manage all of the mistakes they make.
Rafell also says he will warranty all of his work and then no longer answers his phone.
Another person in our neighborhood hired & subsequently fired him for sloppy work and not showing up. They are now filing suite in small claims court to get their money back.
He does not follow Covid 19 protocol and smokes cigars while on the job.
Rafell and his temporary crew also left their lunch bags, trash around my yard while another guy that showed up with him cased my garage and picked up ornamental rocks and kept them.
Terrible experience and a rip off.
