We had the absolute pleasure of working with Amazing Plumbing and Rooter INC! They were professional, quick and very honest! It is hard to find plumbers with such amazing customer service! We had a leak in one of our pipes! They came to diagnose the problem one day, came the next and before we knew it the trouble was done! They also have very competitive pricing! Thank you so much!

Professional and honest! Every time I have done business with Amazing Plumbing & Rooter I am so impressed! It is so rare to find people who care about the quality of their work and genuinely care about their customers. We have used this company for several issues over the years and they are consistently honest and professional. Amazing Plumbing & Rooter have found solutions to problems without gauging us on price. Whenever you need an honest opinion for home repairs and renovations do yourself a favor and call this company!

Amazing Plumbing and Rooter came out today to repair the drain in my bathtub. They did an excellent job and even explained how I can keep the drain running properly with regular maintenance! Happy to recommend them to other homeowners!

This company was assigned to us by our home insurance. They are bad! The technician did not know how to attach the drainage in the sink. He attached it upside down!!!!
Bad, and rude on the phone and incompetent! -
By E. C.August 12, 2017Replace Hot Water Heater$965
My water heater went out on July 10, 2017 my homeowner insurance company contact Amazing Plumbing. They told us they would be at our home by 5:00 pm never showed up. They came out the next day they told my husband we would need to pay $965 for portions that is not covered by our insurance. I contacted them the next day regarding these charges. I was told that we had to have a permit which would be $210 and other work totaling $755 they needed to do to be in compliance with the state requirements, I paid the amount because we needed to have our hot water heater install. I was told that I would receive a letter from the city and at that time to call the city and make an appointment for them to come to inspect the work. I never received a letter. I contacted the our city permit office and were told that no permit was on file for our address and the permit was only $59.97 for hot water heater and since the work has already been complete the cost would be double. On August 25, I contacted Amazing Plumbing to send me an itemize statement for the charges of the $965, I was told I would received it by the end of the week. As of today I have not received anything. I would NEVER RECOMMEND to anyone. I also contact my home warranty company and advised them to STOP using them as a vendor.

This company is horrible. Our water heater went and they said that they would be here a certain day and were not. We told them that we need it fixed and for them to please come because there are children in the house and we need hot water but they didn't seem to care. Still waiting on them. I would never recommend this company even to my worst enemy. I would give this zero stars if I could.

They came out after two other plumbers could not locate the source of a sewer smell coming from the crawl space. They got to my house early and were able to find the source (leaking pipe) and fix it.
Very professional, diligent, and I highly recommend this place.

My experience with A-1 Aid Plumbing (981 Garcia Ave. Unit B Pittsburg CA) is one the worst.
They were sent by AHS to fix the faucets problem we have in the laundry area, faucets for the washer/dryer unit in our apartment. Plumbing company sent 2 technicians May 12 to resolve the issue, tighten the bibs on the faucets and said no more leaks. I asked them to take out the hoses going to the washer to check if the faucets themselves are leaking and I got the answer “it’s not my job that is the installer’s job”, this technician L. Then they and left two days later the washer/dryer delivery people came in, removed the old unit hoses and we found out the faucets are leaking. We completely tighten the faucets, but they are still leaking. We collected 2.5 gallons of water for 2 days until installer came to install the unit.
The day of the installation, 05/17/2021, we waited for the plumber because according to an Email from them, they will come to our apartment between 10AM to 12Pm. I requested their office to call me because I live 20 minutes away from the property and she promised to ask the technician. After 2 hrs. of waiting, I called AHS and threatened the agent if they do not show up soon, that I am leaving, and they should give another contractor. AHS agent promised plumbing tech. will be there in 30 minutes. In just 6 minutes somebody knock and it is the A1 Aid plumber tech(E) ….. where is the courtesy call, what is happening here? Anyways, E took some pictures and needs to go back to their office to evaluate what is covered. I thought he came to fix the faucets. Anyways, I received a call from them the next day that they cannot do any work on the faucet not unless the washer/dryer unit is pulled out of the laundry space. What a convenient way to say, “we don’t want to fix your problem”.
Anyways, I am not dealing with this company and I hope others will not run in to the same problem I had.
