It has been one of the most disappointing experiences in our lives. From Ambassador being unapproachable and unavailable when we call. Telling us not to call after 5pm or on weekends. Customer service is the least of importance to Ambassador. His contractors he hires do not do work that is to code. Other professionals in the trade have confirmed this to be common practice for Ambassador. Time and money is not something Ambassador values. The contractors he employs drink while on the job and have zero motivation to get their job completed. So many delays…we have found our own contractors to do part of the work and order materials from and much better prices than even Ambassador has bid. So much disappointment and zero acknowledgment from Ambassador that they have failed in many areas. Consider this your warning.
