    So many issues with our new home. Plumbing is a nightmare and started the first month we were in the home. They never solved the problem during the one year warranty schedule and now refuse to take responsibility now that the 1 year has expired.
    The trim work in the home has proven to be of low quality on 500k home.
    Avoid them!

    Terrible they dont supervise their contractors then when something goes wrong they are clueless as how to fix it. And what they do to try to fix something will make you think how they ever got into this business because they know nothing about home building. They will lie to your face when you know better and they think you are stupid if you point out things that are obviously way wrong. They have employees that no nothing about the job titles they are in totally ridiculous. Stay away from this company or regret it many thousands of dollars down the road .. totally clueless rude. And very unprofessional. WOW run away from this company.
