He got the job done... The second time he was there.
I just moved into an apartment. Had a leaky toilet and a tub spout with a broken water diverter (the thing you pull up to make the water go to the shower head). The first time he came he replaced the wax ring to the toilet. Simple enough. But he must have slapped it back together and hit the door running. Didn't bother to stick around to make sure the problem was solved. When I returned I found that he'd left wax from the ring(hopefully the new one) all over my bathroom counter. And the floor, all the way to the carpet in the hallway (6ft or so), was covered in water. The second time he was there I arrived as he was wrapping it up. He gave me the run down on what he'd done and let me check it out. I took notice to the mess. Asked him if he was going to clean up before he left. He disregarded the request then proceeded to go to my landlord and reported the alleged smell of smoke. I wouldn't hire this guy to fill a bucket of water. A simple job took two trips, he doesn't clean up after himself and he's a spiteful liar. Proceed with caution.
