I wish 0 stars was a rating. I attempted to contact Mr. Thomas SEVERAL times in reference to the work he performed on my bathroom. After leaving a message and several calls later I called from an unfamiliar number and Mr. Thomas answered. I could tell Mr. Thomas was caught off guard. Mr. Thomas was VERY unprofessional during this call. He admitted that he was unable to complete the job and when I asked why he attempted the job knowing he was unable to complete it he would not give me a straight answer. Mr. Thomas told me that I needed to find someone else to complete the job. When I asked Mr. Thomas to send me a quote he stated "Yea, I'll send you a quote," (with an attitude) and when I asked if he knew where to send the quote he hung up in my face. I absolutely agree with A.J (see comment below) Mr. Thomas stole my $75.00, why would you work on my bathroom KNOWING you do not possess the knowledge or skillset to complete the job. He is a TERRIBLE business man and person overall. I DO NOT recommend this business at all, not even to my worst enemy.

Mr. Thomas is a scam artist. We did business with him when he was "Thomas Plumbing". His guy never showed up for the appointment and he said he was going to charge us for "missing the appointment". When I told him that we had proof that they never showed up, he called me a fa**ot. He is unprofessional and fake. He is a professional at scamming, however. What's worse was that the warranty insurance company also denied any wrongdoing by him, so it doesn't surprise me if they are in on it together. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HIM AND HIS BUSINESS.

Very bad experience with this company. They came out to service my hot water heater. I gave the the $75.00 service fee ( which is required per my warranty insurance company).
They was supposed to come back to finished the job. Bit they have been dodging calls from both me and the warranty company.
So you can say that they stole my $75.00.
Please stay far away from this company as possible.

If I could give 0 stars I would as well. I initially contacted Mr. Thomas in reference to my water heater. He came out and did a brief check and said he would come by later in the week with the parts needed. I paid him the $75 as required by my warranty company and he cashed it that day. I waited until the day his tech was supposed to come and he never showed. After calling Mr. Thomas from my husbands phone because he was screening my calls at this point, I was given a run around answer about him not being able to reach his tech. He then guaranteed me that he would be out the next week. I attempted to call him over the weekend and he didn't answer so I left a message which he never got back to me on. I then called him the day of service several times and he ignored all my calls even sending me straight to voice-mail once. I don't know if he is a scam artist or just has a string of really bad luck, but don't hire this man.
