Terrible experience. They take forever to return calls, or they just simply don't answer texts or emails anymore, plans are incomplete, measurements are missing on plans and some do not have stamp on them. We had to go through the city to be contact the engineer who drew the plans because they would not provide the contact information and we needed clarification before starting the project. Their own plans state that architect and/or engineer need to be contacted prior to starting a job if there are questions, discrepancies, etc, but they are unresponsive. I used them in the past for other projects, but will not use them again.
