Awful! Came out on Nov 2021 to fix a leak on one of our mini splits. By April it was out of freon again so we called them back. Instead of fixing the inside leak they fried the outside mother board and fan motor. We had to get a new outside and two new inside units (even though the others were only two years old) which took until June to come in. Today instead of using the new brackets they tried to force the new unit on old brackets and broke the new unit!! I have never seen incompetence like this, our walls are also in disarray from the them ordering different size units than we already had so now we have to hire a contractor to fix and paint. Tried to speak with owner Tim. I’m not surprised they are not accredited by the BBB!
