    DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT hire this man!!!! I hired him to do two small jobs which he said would only take a few days. The first job was completed fairly quickly.

    It has been over SEVEN months now and I yet to have the second job done. He always has the poorest excuses, that’s if even acknowledges my text.
    DO NOT HIRE WAYNE!!!

    Mr. Paterno and I eventually resolved my complaint amicably.

    Crook and lousy work

    The guy is the biggest fraud in the world. He promises the world and doesn't deliver. He overcharges, performs lousy workmanship, and charges for work he never does. When you fire him. for not finishing the job, he sues YOU. He was been sued many times but never wins.
    This clown is full of excuses.
    Do yourself a favor and don't hire him

    My wife and I hired American Built Contracting for a tear down and to build a new house. While it seemed to be a tedious preparation process, we understood at the end it was because they are enormously thorough. My family and I couldn't be any more pleased. The owner is a perfectionist and all in all it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you American Built Contracting!!

The owner was extremely helpful, courteous, attentive to our specific needs and extremely reasonable in pricing. The workmanship was outstanding and I HIGHLY recommend this contractor for ANY home improvement project you may have a need for> Thank you Wayne for an excellent job> I receive nothing but compliments for the work completed!!!

    The owner of this firm has been sued by his "clients" several times. Do not hire this company. He will promise the world and take your money and not deliver on his promises. Do your own research.
