STAY FAR AWAY from American Bulldog Contracting and Development!
Unfortunately, this will not be a good review for this contractor. Let's start with the fact that his staff consists of one journeyman who has the skill of a 5 year old when it comes to renovation. The contractor, Chris, is never on site, and when a quality issue is raised or problem identified, it goes ignored until the item can no longer be fixed. This delay tactic is one of his best. He asks for money well in advance of finish work because he cannot deliver a quality finished product no matter how hard his guy tries. He is just not capable of quality work. Don't get drawn in by his charm or his self confidence, the work you will get it shoddy at best and will cost you twice as much to fix after he is long gone.
