I was very disappointed in the service I received from this company. Through a telemarketer, I agreed to have them come out to clean and check my two furnaces. I was told I needed a new furnace for various reasons. There was no cleaning done while the tech was in the attic. He gave me the bad news and said it would cost $4,500 to replace my furnace. I gave him $450.00 down and promised to have the balance the following day when the unit was installed. Later I remembered I had American Home Shield Home Warranty. I called them that night because I remembered they either repair or replace! Another company came out the following morning and all I needed was the cleaning I called American Comfort for, and, the gas coming in needed adjusting. This is the short version to save space. I was very disappointed that I was told all those lies and came close to spending $4,500 for a furnace I didn't need. I have the paperwork from both companies!. The second company was upset when I told them and showed them the paperwork because he said it makes it bad for the rest of the companies that will be honest.
