If I could put zero stars for this company I would, they did work on my house after my original contractor tried to screw me over after hurricane Florence. Everything was going good until the final stages when I had asked for documentation to get funds from my insurance company. It took them almost 4 weeks to get me the correct documentation which then delayed getting the money from the insurance company. Due to the fact I didn’t have the money to pay out of pocket they put a lien on the house I was trying to close on even though the delay was from their end. At one point The contractor stated he was sick and in the hospital and he could not perform some of the work that was required to fix the remainder of the house. I then went and had to pay out of pocket to find someone to fix what was not completed and the contractor then deducted money from my final bill because he was not capable of fixing what was promised. He has dodged calls from myself bad well as numerous people trying to help me get this figured out. They are very unprofessional and childish. I had the “owner” message me trying to give me an attitude because she couldn’t do the correct thing when I asked her weeks prior. I hope they understand how easy doing the right thing could have been. It’s sad they do not realize how messy this will now be.
