DO NOT HIRE THEM. Lack of communication, no follow through or no clear plan for the work that needs to be accomplished. Involved us in internal clashes and are still to return a large sum of money that was paid in advance.
We hired then to pour concrete in our side driveway and add retaining wall and steps as our property is elevated. The concrete work was done fine, but then they also said they could do our landscaping and made us pay them an advance. The after we paid the advance they involved us in an internal clash they had and the contractor and the main worked told us different stories. Finally they resolved their clash and restarted the work. They rushed us to get a trampoline and pick up trees but they did not take any action after. This was before peak winter and during winter due to grading issues for partially completed we had water pooling around the house . They did not immediately fix it and the person she sent to fix did a terrible job. We had water pooling that resulted in crack in the one of the concrete paths leading up to the house. Even after multiple texts and calls this was not addresses and we were concerned for our brand new house. We reached out to her asking for a settlement since they were multiple issues and we dod not want them to continue doing the landscaping. She agreed to the settlement in an email. The settlement was to fix the remaining small items and replaced the concrete path along with returning the advance that we paid. They came back to fix the work, but left it partially complete again and spoke aggressively when asked for our money back. They have been a no show/no response for a month now and we decided to pursue legal action.
