We chose American Construction & Repairs after getting several other bids. A friend in Bay Harbor Islands had hired the company to replace all of the windows in her condo, and highly recommended them. We're very happy that we took her advice. We did some interior renovations, including electrical work, new sheetrock and painting. The crew did a beautiful job. The workers were very pleasant and tidy and showed up on time. The company handled all of the architectural drawings and permits and arranged the inspections. I'd heard that construction in Miami Beach can be a nightmare, but our job was pretty seamless.
