The most compelling characteristic you want in a Contractor is TRUSTWORTHY. Ask anyone. Without hesitation I can wholeheartedly represent that I trust Brent Mengel, owner of American Custom Homescapes LLC. I trust him. Period. The Bonus is that I trust his crew, I trust his judgment, I trust his intuitive nature, I trust his work ethic & that of his crew. I trust his vendors, outsourced service connections and so on. I trust his design talents. I trust his readiness & versatility. I trust his nimbleness and ability to pivot if/when necessary. I trust him & his crew to work independently. I trust his word and commitment to budget. Brent and his crew tackled several outdoor projects in a timely and conscientious manner at my home in Summer & Fall 2016. Brent listened to what we wanted to do and helped us create a space that was exactly what we wanted. He explained to us what he was doing every step of the way and always answered any questions that we had. They were always on time, and the basement was finished within the timeframe he gave us. Also, Brent's attention to detail made the basement look better than we could imagine.
