Paul Gallardo is the licensee of American Eagle, San Jacinto, LISC # 613620. Paul started business in 1991, with Carl Bailey, and apparently Carl had previously let his license expire, and then it was revoked after expiration in 1990, before starting to work with Paul, as his contracting manager. American Eagle's license was revoked after 4 years (1995), and apparently they did not start business again until 2003-2004. Suspended again in about 2008-2010, they apparently did not go back to business until 2016-2017, and since 2019, have had numerous complaints. Revocation 1995, was due to fraud, and abandonment of projects, working with another with a disciplined license (Carl Baily), and other complaints. Suspension, was due to abandonment of projects and other complaints. Carl worked for KR Miller in San Jacinto, but after many complaints of abandoned projects, Carl was "let go", for "ethical reasons". After paying $13,000 for a kitchen remodel in Riverside, we have an abandoned kitchen project and may have to pay twice for the same work that we already paid for, just to get a workable kitchen with drawers, cabinet doors, appliances installed, and trash hauled away.
