Absolutely the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. ADAM from their scheduling department should be fired. It is no way to treat a customer especially if you have rescheduled twice before. NEVER do work with this business!!

They installed 2 windows for my home thru SDGE energy assistance program. One window they installed was the wrong type for my AC to be put on. I told tech who said, "This is the window I ordered that is what we are installing. They end d up half-assing the window to put my window ac in. They cut a piece of plexiglass and put it in to compensate for the wrong window being ordered.Both of them leak badly. When I called them they said they no longer work with SDGE and they would not repair or get me the correct window
