    AEC is top tier GC they handled my Mixed-use 7 story ground up in the heart of manhattan with ease and built 2 more properties for me and my investors. Clear communication, budget friendly and finished before the deadline. I highly Recommend them to anyone who needs their project done on budget and time!

    My back ground is a Multi-family affordable housing real estate developer in Nyc and when I tell you I have had so many bad experiences with contractors it would be an understatement of what I have went through. However, when I met Enea and his team I was taken back at how experienced, professional and knowledgeable he was. He runs the organization very meticulously. They were extremely responsive, proactive and quick. He beat the estimated 50 week deadline by 17 weeks on 43 units! That is insane!! Their quality of workmanship is unbeatable and I did the have not one complaint about their work. Everyone loves them. I hired them again for another project. I know I won’t have one headache with them on site. I absolutely recommend American Elite Contractors to anyone

    Hiring American Elite Contractors to renovate 4 of my pre-war apartments in central park was the best decision i made as far as contractors go. Eric is reliable, a man of his word, he delivered my projects before the deadline. He is fair when it comes to pricing, his crew and worksmanship is worth the price. They took PPE and Covid very seriously, pulled all permits from the DOB as required. I had zero headaches or problems. The whole process was very smooth and Eric always kept me notified about the process. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!
