I used American Green Dev. to remodel my home for my elderly mother, we had a three bedroom home and he made it into a two bedroom suite for my Mom and remodeled the bathroom for handicap. What I like best, I can not believe it was built for the handicap, the bathroom is so modern.

Victorville Senior Home Repair Program Grant, job was done very poorly. Poor communication, said one thing & did another. Windows installed first, his workers installed one window crooked, left a mess on carpet, windows & headboard. Argued when asked to correct crooked window. Exterior work around window unfinished, debris left on ground had to scrape glue from carport & patio. Bathroom w/cheapest materials, didn't involve customer in choosing shower, garden tub removed, shower moved where tub was, closet where shower was, didn't paint bathroom so we did it. Handicap rails installed are tarnishing within 1 month 87 yr father was breaking out with rash from holding onto rail, will not correct. Swamp cooler installed, interior vents cheap when cooler turned on they fall off, working drug cooler against house when lifting up to roof. Weather stripping around back door sticks, wasn't concerned about fixing it. Two kitchen windows were unbalanced, vendor had to come to correct windows which took less than 10 minutes. Workers put their cordless drill & tools directly on my wooden kitchen table, screws left in carpet, I stepped on one. Overall experience I would rate D-/F! I would not recommend this company, Tom had a very bad attitude, does not communicate on time, sloppy job overall...
