Avoid. We have been in a major construction project for 6 months with Jesse. We have tried to be patient but keep getting excuses. He will not return calls, texts, or emails now. What work was done had to be redone in many cases due to extremely poor workmanship I'm out about 10k of work remaining and must file a registrar complaint now.

Was prompt on the job, good roof now, did clean up, Jesse was in a big hurry to claim his money but drip edging was not completed as contracted. He changed his email, won't answer back and WHEN does he's got more excuses than carters got pills!!
Jesse also promised to get my skirting fixed, never did so I found someone else, also said he would get me a painter to paint my mobile...nothing! Very angry with him and he's the owner! SMH!
