    My husband and I had a shower installed by American Home Design in Mt. Juliet, TN 3/2017. They had to cap off an existing "WATER LINE" and move "WATER PIPES" from one side of a wall to the other. Fast forward to 8/19/2018 and my husband went under our Mobile home to move a cable line and saw the black lining under our house drooping where our shower is. He called American Home Design and asked to have someone look at it. So Monday 8/27/2018 a Technician (? name Steven) came out to look. He told my husband it was a shower leak but it needed to dry out a little while and would be back to look more in 2 days. So today is that day 8/29/2018 and we are being told "They don't do PLUMBING"!!!!!! Excuse me!!!!!!!!!!! You do PLUMBING if you move or cap off ANY WATER LINES...................... The Technician told my husband the line is 5 foot away and there was nothing they could so. Oh and to top it off he said they NEVER WENT UNDER our House when the project was done. If a water line is capped off or moved wouldn't you think you would make sure its NOT LEAKING after the project is finished under the house??????? When we had the shower installed we were told we would be 100% Satisfied and have an 100% Warranty on the SHOWER............. Not satisfied and NO WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!! I spoke to the Maintenance Manager Shawn James and was told the same thing the Technician said. So we are left with the underneath of our house torn out, a water leak, no resolution to THEIR shower leak.
