My partner and I ordered windows and doors in January 2022 and were told they would be installed in 6 months. We called in April to make sure everything still on track. Unfortunately, we were told our order got pushed back to September because Mr. Glass Windows and Doors Manufacturing was running behind schedule. I called a month later to find out if the windows and doors were ready and it got pushed back to October 2022. I called two months later, and they got push to December 2022. This continued for over a year and half since the contract was signed. The customer service hasn't been helpful. They have no responses and say they will call back, but then they don't. I've asked to speak to upper management, but they are not available. I ended up asking for proof of supplies being ordered. I still haven't received the information. I attempted to contact the manufacturer, but they are no longer doing business with them. No proof of order. Seems like a scam.
